Elderly man with pneumonia and breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to an apartment on Oxford Court in the village of Plover for a reported medical emergency involving a 74‑year‑old man. Radio traffic indicated he was possibly dehydrated, very weak, and experiencing fever, chills, difficulty breathing, and known pneumonia. Multiple ambulance and EMS units responded and one medical unit reported arriving at the scene.
