Person with bags walking in field near highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a male carrying bags walking in a field near a business on Lincoln Highway in Plymouth, on the south side of the railroad tracks. The caller was unsure if this possible suspicious activity was related to an earlier reported traffic accident involving a reckless driver in the same area.
