Disabled tractor trailer blocks highway intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are managing a disabled tractor trailer that appears to have lost power and is blocking lanes near the intersection of Route 113 and Route 13. Traffic is being diverted from southbound Route 113 onto northbound Route 13 to clear the obstruction.
