Tree fire possibly set on purpose near intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond to a reported tree on fire near East Howard Street and North Saginaw Street in Pontiac. A passerby caller reported smoke and believed someone may have intentionally set the fire, and there may possibly be a person nearby.
