Traffic stop after complaint on Black River Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a complaint about a red Ford and conducted a traffic stop on Black River Bridge along Highway 67 South. Radio traffic also reported a possible crash or utility incident involving a power line on top of a cement truck at another location.
