Suspicious person reported with bags in Port Ewen

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a police complaint in the Port Ewen area about a reportedly suspicious man carrying a black and silver bag and several saddle bags. The caller reported the man had visible track marks and had been seen in the area before.
