Unresponsive woman with labored breathing at Beckwith Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to an apartment near Beckwith Road and West Oak Street in Port Matilda for a 69-year-old woman who was reportedly unresponsive but breathing, with earlier complaints of side pain and apparent labored breathing.
