Argument in stairwell with possible gun threat

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to an apartment complex near US 19 in Pinellas Park for a reported disturbance in a stairwell, where people were heard arguing and threatening to shoot someone. The caller reported the subjects moving between upper floors and later possibly being behind the building near a fence. Deputies checked one of the buildings, including a unit area described as building three.
