Woman has seizure, CPR started at apartment complex

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were sent to an apartment complex on Thomas Street for a possible seizure involving a 50-year-old woman who collapsed after pounding on a neighbor’s door, and the call was later upgraded to CPR in progress. A separate call on Duckabush Road involved an elderly man with dementia needing a lift assist after sitting on a toilet for several hours.
