Uncooperative domestic violence victim flees scene

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers handled a domestic-related situation near West Orange Avenue and South H Street in Porterville. A juvenile was reportedly returned to her aunt, and the apparent victim in the incident was uncooperative and walked away. Units later went back to the area after reports that the victim ran.
