Vehicle drives through fence; suspect detained

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible trespassing and vehicle-related property damage incident at a rural property near Success Valley Drive in the Porterville area. The reporting party stated that someone drove through their fence and onto the property. One person reportedly ran away on foot toward Success Valley, while another was said to be handcuffed at the front gate by the reporting party’s husband, who was described as armed with a legally carried firearm and working as a bounty hunter.
