Vehicle hits fence and boulder at Success Valley home

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes a vehicle crash near Success Valley Drive where a vehicle apparently hit a fence and then a boulder before going onto private property. Two occupants were reported. The reporting party’s spouse, described as a bounty hunter, reportedly had one subject detained, while the driver remained with the reporting party and the passenger may have left the area. The property owner was reported to be armed with a holstered handgun.
