As discussed during the dispatch call, medical crews were dispatched to a home near Orland Street in Portland for a reported 77-year-old woman who appeared extremely weak, had not eaten for a week, was unable to get up from the toilet, and was experiencing abdominal pain. Responders were advised to use a rear entrance.
