Loose dogs reported near Boggs Flats plant

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to check the area near the plant on Water Street after a caller reported a loose German Shepherd and a cattle dog. The caller had already spoken with the owners and requested that officers remind them to keep the dogs leashed. The caller did not want further contact with officers.
