Stranded vehicle assisted near Buddy Ganem bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a vehicle stopped near the bridge on Buddy Ganem Drive in Portland. The driver and a child were with an officer while another unit retrieved fuel from a nearby location.
