Faulty fire alarm at Hamilton Drive home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported fire alarm at a home near Hamilton Drive. On arrival they found no smoke or fire and determined the alarm was apparently caused by a faulty detector. During the same timeframe, an ambulance was sent to a nearby address for a 59-year-old man with terminal lung cancer who was having trouble breathing.
