Report of planned theft of roofing supplies

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a complaint from a person working on a roof near Fifth Street about two individuals reportedly planning to steal roofing supplies from that location. An officer was asked to meet the complainant at their home to discuss the situation.
