Unresponsive 63-year-old male welfare concern in Pottsboro

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested fire and EMS for a welfare check on an apparently unresponsive adult man at a residence near Flowing Wells Road after the reporting party heard dogs whining and could not get him to answer the door. A deputy on scene requested entry to the home.
