As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from the DMV in Poway of a male in the lobby and staff requested a unit. Caller relayed a possible explosive-related concern (wording unclear in audio). The male was described as Middle Eastern, with black hair, wearing a black shirt and black pants, and was reportedly attempting to register a New York vehicle.
