Loose dogs reported in backyard on 399th Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to an apparent animal complaint near 399th Avenue in Powers Lake, Wisconsin, after a caller reported two loose dogs, described as a pit bull and a mastiff, in a backyard.
