Small aircraft reports engine issue near airport

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to an aircraft alert involving a small Cessna near a runway at Prescott Regional Airport. The plane was reported several miles south of the airport with high engine temperature, two people on board, and several hours of fuel. Multiple engines and a foam unit staged near the runway while communications moved to a different radio channel.
