Man suspected of carrying knife flees on bicycle

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller on Allen Street in Presque Isle reported being approached by a man they previously accused of pulling a knife on them. The man may have had a knife again and then left the area on a bicycle, wearing a tan shirt, blue jeans, and an earring in one ear.
