Intoxicated person tries to enter passing car

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possibly intoxicated person walking on Dyer Street near the intersection with Park Street in Presque Isle, Maine. The caller said the individual, dressed in dark clothing, tried to get into the back seat of the caller’s vehicle before the caller drove away. The person was last seen between Park Street and Harris Street.
