As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes deputies following a black Toyota Tacoma reported as a possible intoxicated driver tailgating and speeding down the grade. Units follow the vehicle through the Locust Avenue and 3rd Street area and conduct a traffic stop on Harwood in Crook County.
