Vehicle pulled from ditch on St Joseph Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and units discussed a vehicle that was stuck near a road slip on St Joe Road. People in a pickup truck apparently pulled the vehicle out of a ditch, and a tow truck was not needed. Road authorities were notified about the road condition near that location in Proctor, West Virginia.
