Report of unusual smoke near lake in Prospect

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews respond to a possible smoke incident near Lewis Road in Prospect, reported as whistling smoke from the left side of a nearby lake. Information appears to be third hand and state forestry is aware but not yet responding.
