Person slumped over in truck at Prospect Library

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a medical welfare check for a white pickup truck with a driver reportedly slumped over near the library in Prospect after a passerby called it in. Unit 230 arrived on scene to investigate the possible medical emergency.
