Teenagers trespass and roughhouse in community pool

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported juvenile problem at a neighborhood amenity center pool, where a group of teenagers had apparently jumped a fence, entered the pool area, and were roughhousing, and were reported not to be residents.
