Black Mustang possibly stolen on Court Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers observed a black Mustang with tinted windows and hood scoops traveling east on Court Street in Prosser. The car had a temporary Washington plate on the rear and no front plate and may match a vehicle reported stolen in an earlier incident.
