Naked person walking on Commercial Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a naked man walking in the roadway near Commercial Street and Carver Street in Provincetown. He was later located near Bradford Street and Carver Street and appeared to be possibly intoxicated. EMS was notified and his clothing was reportedly found in the road.
