Illegally parked car reported on Atlantic Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to check a report of an illegally parked dark gray car near Atlantic Avenue. Radio traffic also mentioned a possible earlier response to a noise complaint near Carver Street at a local business. Units later indicated the parking issue was resolved.
