Welfare check at school for disabled vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check is underway near the baseball fields at Allder School Road involving a disabled vehicle. The vehicle is possibly a black Volkswagen Jetta. A roadrunner may not be able to respond to the call.
