Reported assault with group chasing caller near E A St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a reported assault near E A St after a caller reported a group of students chasing them. No weapons were reported and no medical attention was needed. About 13 people were reported in the area with flashlights and scooters.
