Suspicious red hatchback parked at driveway end

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a small red hatchback with New York plates parked at the end of a driveway on Trinity Road since about 8:00 a.m. The vehicle was described as off the roadway and appearing to have a white tarp in the back.
