(Name withheld)'s driver last team going north on an I-43, just passing County Road D. It'll be a blue Dodge Dakota with a license plate of Sam Young 3442, S.Y-3442. Caller states he is tailgating and flipping him off. He'll be an older white male with glasses and short curly hair. He is still following the caller. The caller will be in a black Sonata. We do have a color and so kind of clear at E-30.
