As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted near Rahway River Park for a possible intoxicated person or medical emergency involving someone sleeping in a silver van. The vehicle had New Jersey registration Y78PGH. No basic life support dispatch was sent as it was handled as a welfare check.
