Vehicle slides into water near Ramsey Hill

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a possible vehicle crash near the bottom of Ramsey Hill by the water tower in Ramsey, Illinois. Units responded, and radio traffic later indicated that the involved subject was out of the water and had been helped by a friend.
