Reported grass fire near Powderhouse and Riding Club

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a reported grass fire near the intersection of Powderhouse Road and East Riding Club Road. Crews searched the northeast side of the area and did not see any active fire, and it appears the report may have been related to a controlled burn.
