My wife's going to work too, in your Belinda, so she's in front of me in a car. As we're going on the on-ramp, we see this big orange flash up ahead somewhere. And you see this dark mushroom cloud. It's still dark, but you can see this dark mushroom cloud coming up from foothill and the 15 freeway. So I get up to it, and it's like something's totally ablaze down below. I don't know what it is, but I had this crazy industrial fire extinguisher in my truck, so I grabbed that and I ran down there. They're pulling a guy out of the cap of a big rig that went off the freeway and slammed into the embankment below and blew up. As they're walking them out, there's four people carrying this guy. They drop him on the ground, he's on fire. And they dropped him and I, right when I walked up with the extinguisher, I put him out. And then I ran underneath the overpass. I didn't know what had happened. I thought there was like a head-on, so I'm looking for other cars until an air tank or a tire or something blew up. And I'm like, the hell with that? I'm out of here. Turns out one of the guys that was on scene there who was on his way to work.
