As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a possible wrong-way driver on Highway 10 near Randall, described as a black Jeep or small SUV traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes between Randall and Little Falls. Multiple units were directed to watch for the vehicle, including near the Highway 371 split.
