Highly intoxicated person unresponsive near New Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Randolph responded to a medical call near New Street for a reportedly highly intoxicated and unresponsive patient who might become combative. Fire units were requested to assist with lifting the patient, and law enforcement briefly responded to the scene.
