Police search for armed suspect near fairgrounds

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Rapid City set up roadblocks and a perimeter around the Central States Fairgrounds and nearby streets during a search for a reportedly armed man. A photo of the suspected shooter was shared with units, and officers coordinated K9 support and additional units to help clear the fairgrounds and surrounding intersections.
