Unconscious man not breathing near Gaston Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a location near Gaston Avenue in Raritan for a report of an unconscious 44-year-old man who was not breathing and described as cold and stiff. Responders advised CPR was being refused and that he may have been down for some time.
