Suspicious man reported near tunnel on Washington St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious man near the south-side tunnel by Washington Street. The reporting party said the man had been standing for about 15 minutes, staring at and talking to trees and appearing confused, near a brown Chevy pickup with possible Colorado plates. Officers searched the area, contacted another person in the tunnel, and determined that individual was not the reported subject.
