Hit-and-run crash in Jeffers Center parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible hit-and-run crash in a parking lot near West Pine Street in Rawlins. A red Toyota Corolla was apparently struck by a truck hitch, and there were no reported witnesses or description of the truck.
