As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and rescue units responded to a reported two-car crash on I-95 southbound near Route 28 in Reading. A nearby resident reported hearing the collision and seeing it from their home. At least one person appeared to be out of a vehicle when crews arrived, and state police were notified.
