Three weak females at Tyson Rd swimming hole

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near Tyson Road in Reading for three adult females who were on rocks by a swimming hole. They were reportedly extremely weak and unable to get out, and one was possibly intoxicated. Fire, rescue, ambulance, and specialized rope and water rescue units were sent to assist at the scene.
