Man falls, hits head, loses memory at detention center

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance was dispatched to the Goodhue County Adult Detention Center in Red Wing for a man who reportedly fell, hit his head, and showed possible head injury symptoms, including memory loss and pinpoint pupils.
