Hydrant leak and ice close Route 17 near crop service

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a hydrant leak causing ice near an agricultural business along Route 17. Units shut down Route 17 in both directions around the 3300 and 3400 East area, worked to turn traffic around, and requested additional law enforcement for traffic control. Crews also checked a nearby house on 3300 East for possible storm damage and monitored additional weather concerns and downed power lines on nearby roads.
