Older man unresponsive at behavioral health center

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a behavioral health facility on Churn Creek Road in Redding for a 72-year-old man who reportedly had a change in condition and was not responding normally. Units were requested to respond with emergency lights and siren.
